During the spring classics I was able to play a key role in multiple races. I was able to reach several top 10 results in the classics with as a best result Gent-Wevelgem (4th place). I really want to be on the podium in some of the big classics in the next years. Next to this I wish to be able to be on the podium in punchy stages or prologues in big tours like Vuelta, Giro d’Italia or the Tour de France Femmes. Besides my own goals I think it’s always good to see the team perspective. I love the balance by giving 120% for my teammates when they have big goals, and in the other hand challenge myself and see how far I can come with the help of my teammates. I think this makes cycling a beautiful but also hard sport. You can’t win races without your team. This is one of the reasons I choose for UAE Team ADQ. They are willing to ride for each other and push through the limits to get the best out of every individual. This is what counts. My hobby? Cooking, spending time with my family and friends, exploring new places.
